- Applicable standards

   The various JIS, BS, ASTM and DIN standards, to which silver - brazing

   and threaded fittings are produced, are detailed in the relevant product tables.

 

- Product range

   Silver - brazing and threaded fittings are manufactured from Cunifer 10

   and AI - Brass and are supplied with machined surfaces.

   silver - brazing and threaded fittings are available in standard sizes to be

   used with tubes having the following outside diameters : 16, 20, 25, 30,

   38, 44.5 and 57mm.

   Non - standard fittings are produced in specified miniumum quantities.

   Brazing fittings incorporate integral silver - brazing alloy rings of JIS

   Z 3261 BAg - 1A or Type AG 9 to BS 1845 : Table 2.

 

- Threads

   Threaded fittings are supplied with threads according to NPT, API, BSP and

   DIN When other standards are requested, the total length of the fittings

   may vary slightly.

 

- Tolerance on length

   1 mm.

   When a thread other than those listed in the relevant tables is requested

   the length of the threaded part may vary and thereby the total length of

   the fitting.

 

- Socket weld fittngs

   All above silver - brazing fittings can also be supplied as socket weld

   fittings, Without integral silver- brazing alloy rings.

   Those fittings have no ring groove.
